I’ve been putting off posting over this Covid-19 period as there has been an absolute bombardment of press, social media posts, videos, and conversations which I simply did not want to add to. So instead, I want to give people a chance to take a break, quiet all the noise that they are currently drowning in, and focus on the future – the time when all this is over and we can get on with living the lives that we love.
Please remember, this too shall pass.
So, until it does, and whilst you are finding yourself with much more time on your hands, why not take the opportunity to reflect on your life prior to Covid-19, and make some choices about how you would like to be living your life post Covid-19.
Would you like to simply fall back into the old routines, or is there something different you want for your life?
Do you even realise that you have a choice in how your future will look?
People see things in two ways. You’ve heard of ‘glass half full vs glass half empty’? Well, there’s a model of thinking that is useful to know. It’s the ‘Above and Below the Line Thinking Model’.
In this post I share an overview of this model and explore how it affects the results we get in life.
